Culinary Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Team Lead to join our team at Lumberjacks Restaurant & Sportsman Pub. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for leading a team of cooks in preparing and serving high-quality meals to our customers.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position with an estimated salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leadership and culinary expertise, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of cooks in preparing and serving high-quality meals
- Develop and implement menus and recipes to meet customer preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards
- Train and develop junior staff members to improve their culinary skills
- Manage inventory and supplies, ordering as needed
- Supervise kitchen operations, ensuring efficient service delivery
- Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a senior culinary role
- Proven leadership and teamwork skills
