Job Title: Sales Team Lead
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Lead to join our team at Bestcar Auto Sales Ltd. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our sales team, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our sales targets are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and Train Staff: You will be responsible for supervising and training our sales staff, including apprentices, sales representatives, and design team members.
- Assign Sales Tasks: You will assign sales tasks to our sales team members, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet our sales targets.
- Hire and Train New Staff: You will be responsible for hiring and training new staff members, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles.
- Authorize Returns: You will be responsible for authorizing the return of merchandise, ensuring that our customers are satisfied with their purchases.
- Sell Merchandise: You will be responsible for selling merchandise to our customers, ensuring that they receive exceptional service and that our sales targets are met.
- Prepare Sales Reports: You will be responsible for preparing sales reports, including sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Resolve Customer Issues: You will be responsible for resolving customer issues, including complaints and supply shortages.
- Organize Inventory: You will be responsible for organizing and maintaining our inventory, ensuring that our customers have access to the products they need.
Requirements:
- Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate: You must have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1-2 Years of Experience: You must have at least 1-2 years of experience in a sales role.
- On-Site Work: You must be willing to work on-site, as we do not offer remote work options.
