Sales Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Team Lead to join our team at Circle K. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Sales Performance: Analyze sales data and develop strategies to improve sales performance and increase customer engagement.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels and ensure that stock is accurately counted and recorded.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to sales associates to improve their skills and knowledge.
- Store Operations: Assist with store operations, including opening and closing procedures, and ensure that the store is maintained in a clean and safe condition.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a sales or retail environment.
- Education: No degree, certificate or diploma required.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
