Description du Poste

Nous recherchons un Scrum Master bilingue pour rejoindre notre équipe à Montréal. En tant que leader de l'adoption de processus agiles, vous serez chargé de guider les équipes dans l'adoption de méthodologies efficaces. Vous travaillerez en collaboration avec les équipes pour identifier les obstacles et les éliminer, tout en promouvant l'amélioration continue grâce à des rétrospectives et à la rétroaction.

Responsabilités

  • Facilitation et conseils pour les équipes Scrum dans l'adoption de processus agiles
  • Création de procédures opérationnelles normalisées
  • Aider à l'établissement et à la mesure des KPI et des mesures de performance
  • Aider à la création et à la tenue à jour des échéanciers du projet
  • Création de plans de projet et de documentation de sprint
  • Identifier et éliminer les obstacles de l'équipe
  • Facilitation des cérémonies types
  • Promouvoir l'amélioration continue grâce à des rétrospectives et à la rétroaction
  • Communication de l'état d'avancement du projet, des risques et des enjeux aux intervenants

Qualifications

  • Détenir un diplôme universitaire dans un domaine lié à l'informatique
  • Minimum de 3 ans d'expérience en tant que Scrum Master
  • Excellentes compétences en communication orale/écrite en français et anglais
  • Excellentes compétences en relations interpersonnelles
  • Solides compétences en résolution de problèmes et en analyse
  • Certification en méthodologies Agile
  • Capacité de travailler en collaboration avec des équipes interfonctionnelles
  • Expérience avec des outils de gestion de projet Agile tels que Azure DevOps
