Job Title: Roofers and Shinglers Supervisor

Top Class Roofing & Renovation Ltd. is seeking a skilled Roofers and Shinglers Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the work of our roofers and shinglers, ensuring that projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of roofers and shinglers on construction sites
  • Ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards and in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize delays
  • Train and develop the skills of roofers and shinglers to improve their performance and productivity
  • Monitor and maintain a safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations and guidelines
  • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Supervise a team of 3-4 people
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in the construction industry
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Commercial and residential construction experience
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Working Conditions:
  • 40 hours per week
