Job Title: Roofers and Shinglers Supervisor

Top Class Roofing & Renovation Ltd. is seeking a skilled Roofers and Shinglers Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the work of our roofers and shinglers, ensuring that projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of roofers and shinglers, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Train and develop the skills of our roofing team, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a safe working environment for our team members.
  • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed, managing our inventory and budget.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities, prioritizing tasks and deadlines to meet project requirements.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
Work Environment:
  • Commercial and residential construction sites.
