Food Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at T Enterprises Ltd.
Job Summary:The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish methods to meet work schedules and supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Prepare and submit reports, and establish work schedules to ensure efficient operations.
- Supervise a team of 5-10 people, including food service counter attendants and food preparers.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility and initiative, with the ability to adapt to changing situations.
The Food Service Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods, and will be required to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Language:The primary language of work is English.
