Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at T Enterprises Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, as well as training staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work under pressure, and have a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Establish work schedules
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Standing for extended periods
Work Environment:

The Food Service Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of 5-10 people. The successful candidate will be required to stand for extended periods and work under pressure.

The language of work is English.

Hours of Work:

The hours of work are 30 to 40 hours per week.
