Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at T Enterprises Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, including supervising and coordinating the activities of staff who prepare and portion food. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, be able to work under pressure, and have a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
