Job Overview

Terroni is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Line Cook to join our culinary team. This is a permanent full-time position with 37.5 hours of work per week.

Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this role is approximately $55,000-$65,000, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods for our customers in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
  • Clean the kitchen and work areas to maintain high standards of hygiene and safety.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience as a line cook in a restaurant setting.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure.
  • Familiarity with Italian cuisine and menu preparation.
  • Physically demanding role requiring standing for extended periods and repetitive tasks.
