The Private Household is seeking a reliable and caring Trusted Household Support Specialist to provide exceptional support to our clients. As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a safe and nurturing environment for children in their own homes.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work as a household support specialist, providing comprehensive care to families in need. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the physical and emotional well-being of the children in your care, while also maintaining a clean and organized home.

Your daily responsibilities may include preparing nutritious meals, assisting with homework and activities, and engaging in fun games and outings. You will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and healthy environment, including performing light housekeeping and cleaning duties.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional childcare services, including bathing, dressing, and feeding infants and children
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment, including performing light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, taking into account dietary restrictions and preferences
  • Assist with homework and activities, promoting learning and development
  • Engage in fun games and outings, encouraging socialization and exploration
Requirements
  • A minimum of secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
  • Experience working with children, preferably in a private household setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive paid time off, health benefits, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
