About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Western Financial Group. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance and coaching to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Mentor and coach team members to develop their leadership skills and advance their careers.
  • Champion and implement corporate initiatives, policies, and procedures to drive business results.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to ensure the team is equipped to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with insurance providers to drive business growth.
  • Continuously develop your skills and knowledge through industry-related courses and community involvement.

Requirements

  • General Insurance Level 2 License required.
  • Supervisory experience leading teams to meet and achieve sales targets.
  • Involvement in industry-related associations and community organizations.
  • Professional communication etiquette, both written and verbal.
  • Passionate about helping people and driven to succeed.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $53,000 - $73,000, 3 weeks' vacation, 14 wellness days, company matching investment and savings programs, and 100% employer-paid group benefits, including a health care spending account.
