About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Western Financial Group. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance and coaching to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Mentor and coach team members, assist in training and onboarding of new hires as needed, and develop strategies to improve team performance.
  • Champion, communicate, and implement corporate initiatives, policies, and procedures to drive business results.

Requirements

  • General Insurance Level 2 License required.

  • Professional communication etiquette, both written and verbal.
  • Passionate about helping people, self-driven, and determined to succeed.
