Key Responsibilities:

  • Patient Assessment and Care Planning: Conduct thorough assessments of patient health needs and develop personalized care plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Medication Administration and Treatment: Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring patient responses and adjusting care plans accordingly.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work effectively with healthcare professionals to provide holistic care, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Patient Education and Support: Educate patients and their families on health management, empowering them to take an active role in their care.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Valid RN License: Possess a valid Registered Nurse license and a Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
  • Clinical Skills and Knowledge: Demonstrate strong clinical skills and knowledge, with a focus on long-term care.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and empathetic demeanor.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Hourly Rate: $60 per hour.
  • Per Diem: $30 per day, paid on the days worked.
  • Travel and Accommodation: Travel and accommodation expenses are covered.
  • Overtime: Overtime is paid at 1.5 times the hourly rate, with double pay for shifts exceeding 12 hours.
