Key Responsibilities:

  • Patient Assessment and Care Planning: Conduct thorough assessments of patient health needs and develop personalized care plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Medication Administration and Treatment: Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, monitoring patient responses and adjusting care plans accordingly.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work effectively with healthcare professionals to provide holistic care, educating patients and their families on health management.
  • Qualifications and Requirements:
    • Valid RN License: Possess a valid Registered Nurse license and a Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
    • Clinical Skills and Knowledge: Demonstrate strong clinical skills and knowledge, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Compassionate and Empathetic: Display a compassionate and empathetic demeanor, with the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Hourly Rate: $60 per hour.
  • Per Diem: $30 per day, paid on the days worked.
  • Travel and Accommodation: Travel and accommodation expenses are covered.
  • Overtime: Overtime is paid at 1.5 times the hourly rate, with double pay for shifts exceeding 12 hours.
