Key Responsibilities:- Maintain a healthy and meaningful relationship with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Respond to client inquiries and perform follow-ups as needed, providing timely and effective solutions to their concerns.
- Assist the Customer Success Team with technical support for clients, ensuring they have a positive experience with our products and services.
- Report system bugs and issues to the proper departments, ensuring prompt resolution and minimizing downtime.
- Handle administrative tasks, such as reviewing parking ticket appeals, making payments, and responding to client reviews.
- Client satisfaction level, measured by Zendesk and quarterly client surveys.
- Client product usage and adoption, measured by client engagement and feedback.
- Call times and quality/quantity of requests handled, assessed by the manager.
- Reviews posted by clients, reflecting their satisfaction with our products and services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Basic computer knowledge and skills, including Microsoft Office and Gmail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and proactive attitude.
