Security Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at Blackbird Security Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and employees.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Monitor and maintain the security of our facilities, including the implementation of security protocols and procedures.
- Assist clients with special needs, providing support and guidance as required.
- Be the point of contact for emergency situations, responding promptly and effectively to ensure the safety of all parties involved.
- Prepare and submit progress reports, highlighting any issues or concerns that may impact the security of our facilities.
- Train and develop security personnel, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a security-related role.
- Security Guard License.
- Combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Work under pressure.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Work Language: English.
- Hours: 40 hours per week.
