We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at Blackbird Security Inc.
Job SummaryThe Security Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and employees.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Monitor and maintain the security of our facilities, including the implementation of security protocols and procedures.
- Assist clients with special needs, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Be the point of contact for emergency situations, responding promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate activities with other work units or departments, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Monitor quality and production levels, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Prepare and submit progress reports, providing regular updates to management.
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of workers, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, ensuring that all employees are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
- Establish work schedules and procedures, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Security Guard License
- Combination of sitting, standing, walking
