Security Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at Blackbird Security Inc.
Job Summary:The Security Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and employees. This is a key leadership role that requires strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Monitor and maintain the security of our facilities, including the implementation of security protocols and procedures.
- Assist clients with special needs, providing exceptional customer service and support.
- Be the point of contact for emergency situations, responding promptly and effectively to ensure the safety of all parties involved.
- Prepare and submit progress reports, highlighting areas of improvement and success.
- Train and develop security personnel, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties.
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and other departments, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Security Guard License
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a security-related role
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, and will be expected to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
