We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Chef and Kitchen Supervisor to join our team at A & W Food Services. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to lead our kitchen operations and supervise a team of culinary staff.
About the RoleThis senior-level position will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and food preparation. As a key member of our management team, you will work closely with our restaurant staff to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning: Develop and implement new menus, taking into account seasonal availability of ingredients and customer preferences.
- Kitchen Operations: Oversee the day-to-day activities of the kitchen, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory checks to prevent stock discrepancies and optimize ordering procedures.
- Supervision: Lead and motivate a team of culinary staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their job responsibilities.
- Quality Control: Maintain high standards of quality and presentation, ensuring that all dishes meet our company's expectations.
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will need to possess:
- A secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- A strong understanding of kitchen operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and food preparation.
- The ability to work well under pressure, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines when needed.
