We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Marshalls. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, providing assistance with finding products and answering questions.
- Process daily shipments, organize, and set up the warehouse area, ensuring all merchandise is received, processed, and presented in a visually appealing manner.
- Process refunds, exchanges, and purchases in accordance with company guidelines, demonstrating a high level of customer service.
- Assist with Fitting Room duties, ensuring the counter area is clean, organized, and well-stocked with supplies.
- Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management to maintain a well-organized and attractive store environment.
Requirements
- High school education or equivalent work experience.
- Excellent customer service, communication (verbal and written), and time management skills.
- Ability to set up and maintain a warehouse environment.
