Work Environment:
• The ideal candidate will work in an apartment complex setting, with frequent exposure to industrial cleaning equipment and potentially hazardous materials.
• Flexibility and adaptability are essential in this role, as the candidate will be required to work varying shifts and respond to emergencies as needed.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certification in a related field an asset.
• At least 2 years of experience in a maintenance or cleaning role, with a focus on industrial equipment and minor repairs.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting, bending, and crouching as required.
• Availability to work a 32-36 hour workweek, including weekends and evenings as needed.
