Valard, a leading utility contractor and part of the Quanta Group, seeks an experienced Heavy Equipment Technician to maintain vehicles and equipment in Saskatoon, SK.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing engine, hydraulic, and emission systems on various heavy equipment makes and models.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining and servicing heavy equipment, including construction equipment and utility vehicles
  • Performing diagnostic tests to identify issues with equipment
  • Repairing and replacing parts as needed
  • Conducting routine inspections to ensure equipment is in good working condition

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A valid Driver's license
  • A valid Heavy Duty Red Seal Journeyman Certificate
  • Experience working with heavy equipment, including construction and utility vehicles
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Estimated salary: $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
