Restaurant Supervisor Job Description

At Shelby's Shawarma, we're seeking a skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for ensuring seamless service delivery and maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective work schedules to meet business needs
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation and service staff
  • Train staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Hire and manage food service staff
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales, customer feedback, and staff performance
  • Establish and maintain a positive work environment
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and walk
