Restaurant Operations Manager

At Empress of India Restaurant, we are seeking a skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a team, balancing cash, and implementing operational procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
  • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms
  • Conduct performance reviews and ensure health and safety regulations are followed
  • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
  • Organize and maintain inventory, and participate in marketing plans and implementation
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns and provide customer service
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and work in a fast-paced environment
