Job Summary

As a key member of the Safran Cabin team, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all methods activities related to the on-time delivery and quality of our product. This includes assuming responsibility for the development and implementation of effective methods department planning, policies, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all methods activities to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.
  • Develop and implement effective methods department planning, policies, and procedures.
  • Supervise assigned personnel to ensure optimal performance and effective communication.
  • Maintain effective working relations with Company personnel and management.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environment rules and policies.

Requirements

  • 4 or more years of relevant experience, preferably in a lead hand or supervisor role.
  • Bachelor's Degree or High School Diploma equivalent, with additional education or training preferred.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and ERP systems.
  • Well-organized, planning, and time management skills, with a strong focus on quality and leadership.
  • Strong understanding of production procedures, standards, and Quality Control systems.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in French and English.
