Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Supervise and train a team of over 20 employees to ensure that they are meeting our high standards of customer service and food quality.
    • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees to help them improve their performance.
  • Operations and Logistics
    • Plan and implement operational procedures to ensure that our restaurant is running efficiently and effectively.
    • Manage inventory and supplies to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
    • Ensure that our restaurant is clean and well-maintained, and that our equipment is in good working order.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a fair and respectful manner.
  • Marketing and Sales
    • Participate in marketing plans and implementation to help drive sales and increase customer engagement.
    • Develop and implement strategies to increase customer loyalty and retention.
  • Financial Management
    • Manage the financial aspects of our restaurant, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

    Requirements
    • Education
      • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
    • Experience
      • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role
