Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Wendy's Restaurant. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food quality meets the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Supervise and motivate a team of over 20 employees to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
- Operations: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily restaurant operations, including inventory management, cost control, and health and safety regulations.
- Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive excellent service, address complaints, and provide feedback to improve our service.
- Marketing: Participate in marketing plans and implementation to increase sales and customer loyalty.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
- Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, repetitive tasks, and physically demanding work. You must be able to work under pressure and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
