Job Description:

As the Director of Customer Experience and Sales, you will be the right-hand person to our Department Manager, providing guidance and support to the team while ensuring seamless customer interactions. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Customer Service Excellence: Provide world-class customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and offering product recommendations to drive sales.
  • Sales Growth: Collaborate with the team to develop strategies that increase sales revenue and achieve departmental goals.
  • Team Leadership: Coach, mentor, and empower team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences and meet performance expectations.
  • Process Optimization: Streamline processes and procedures to improve efficiency, reduce wait times, and enhance overall customer satisfaction.

What We Offer:
