Job Title: Research Analyst 3

At the City of Toronto, we are seeking a highly skilled Research Analyst 3 to join our team. As a key member of our research team, you will be responsible for conducting research, analyzing data, and providing recommendations to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct research and analysis to support business decisions
  • Develop and maintain databases and spreadsheets to track data and trends
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Support the development of policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in a relevant field
  • Experience conducting research and analysis
  • Strong data analysis and interpretation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
