Investment Analyst Job Description

Green Square Research Inc. is seeking a skilled Investment Analyst to join our team. As an Investment Analyst, you will play a crucial role in evaluating financial risk, collecting and analyzing financial and investment information, and providing investment advice to clients and senior company officials.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate financial risk and make informed investment decisions
  • Collect and analyze financial and investment information about companies, stocks, bonds, and other investments
  • Examine and analyze financial and investment information to identify trends and opportunities
  • Prepare company, industry, and economic outlooks, analytical reports, briefings notes, and correspondence
  • Provide investment advice and recommendations to clients and senior company officials
  • Analyze investment projects and conduct research to inform investment decisions
  • Analyze data and prepare reports to support investment recommendations
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as finance, economics, or business
  • 1-2 years of experience in investment analysis or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and MS PowerPoint
