Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory.
  • Hire and manage food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth.
  • Prepare food order summaries for the chef, ensuring seamless communication and efficient kitchen operations.
  • Supervise and check the assembly of trays and delivery of food trolleys, ensuring that all food is presented to the highest standard.
  • Establish work schedules, ensuring that staff are adequately staffed and that customer service is maintained.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Work Environment:

Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment, with a high level of customer traffic and a focus on delivering exceptional service and quality food. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be required to work in a dynamic and challenging environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Hours of Work:

30-40 hours per week, with a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business.
