About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Lynfox Freight System. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Record Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including personnel files, inventory records, and other administrative documents.
  • Financial Management: Assist with financial tasks, including preparing invoices, reconciling accounts, and maintaining budget records.
