Job Title: Assistant Manager, Hotel

Kingsway Inn is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our hotel, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our staff are motivated and productive.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, train, and supervise a team of hotel staff, including front desk agents, housekeeping staff, and maintenance personnel.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff to ensure they are meeting their job expectations.
  • Develop and implement marketing plans to increase hotel occupancy and revenue.
  • Manage the front desk, including checking in guests, handling customer complaints, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Establish and maintain a positive and productive work environment, ensuring that all staff are aware of their roles and responsibilities.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a hotel or hospitality management role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, guests, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
