Job Title: Assistant Hotel Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Hotel Manager to join our team at 12607361 Canada Inc.

Job Summary:

The Assistant Hotel Manager will be responsible for assisting the Hotel Manager in the day-to-day operations of the hotel, including supervising staff, managing budgets, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Hotel Manager in the overall management of the hotel, including supervising staff and managing budgets.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations.
  • Recruit and hire staff, ensuring that all new employees are properly trained and integrated into the team.
  • Supervise staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Negotiate with suppliers for the provision of materials and supplies, ensuring that the hotel operates within budget.
  • Negotiate with clients for the use of facilities, ensuring that all agreements are fair and beneficial to the hotel.
  • Prepare budgets and monitor revenues and expenses, ensuring that the hotel operates within budget.
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns, ensuring that all issues are resolved promptly and professionally.
  • Participate in promotional activities, ensuring that the hotel is represented in a positive and professional manner.
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English as the primary language of work.
  • 32 hours per week.
