Hotel Operations Manager

Kingsway Inn is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Hotel Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hotel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Recruit, train, and supervise a team of hotel staff to deliver exceptional guest service.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching to staff to improve performance.
- Develop and implement marketing plans to increase hotel occupancy and revenue.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and guest services.
- Address guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Establish and maintain relationships with local businesses and organizations to promote the hotel.
- 2 years of experience in hotel management or a related field.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
