About the Role

Impression Travel is seeking an experienced Travel Clerk Supervisor to oversee our operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise a team of travel clerks, providing guidance on job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Co-ordinate, assign, and review work tasks to ensure efficient operation.
  • Maintain the functionality of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, arranging repair work as needed.
  • Procure necessary materials and supplies to maintain business continuity.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the travel industry.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
