Job Title: Provincial Travel Nurse Team

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Clinical Health Care Specialist to join our Provincial Travel Nurse Team. The successful candidate will provide professional registered nursing services for patients with complex and unpredictable health needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing independent nursing services, administration of prescribed medical treatments, and leading the healthcare team.
  • Facilitating coordination of patient care and discharge.
  • Collaborating with the Manager- Provincial Travel Nurse Team - Provincial Float Pool to achieve team goals.

Requirements:

  • RN - Minimum one year recent work experience in areas such as Emergency, Hemodialysis, Operating Room, PACU, Obstetrics, Labor and Delivery, Long Term Care, Mental Health, Medicine, or Surgery.
  • Active registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Manitoba (CRNM) and participation in professional associations.
  • Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Training requirements for this position shall be in accordance with Employer policy.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Recent acute medicine, ER and/or surgery nursing experience.

Working Conditions:

  • Moderate to heavy physical effort required.
  • Rotating shifts and weekends may be required.
