Job DescriptionThis is an exciting opportunity for an experienced swim coach to join our team as a Lead Swim Program Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing competitive swimming programs for athletes of all ages and skill levels.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Minimum 2 years of experience as a swim coach with a proven track record of success;
- Hold a Level 1 Certificate in Coaching or higher;
- Ability to develop and implement well-planned competitive schedules and training programs;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to motivate and prepare athletes for competition;
- First aid and CPR certification.
