Job Summary

Auberge du Pommier, a renowned restaurant in North Toronto, seeks a skilled Server to join their team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences, maintaining a clean section, and ensuring food quality meets O&B standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized service to guests, answering questions and making recommendations
  • Monitor food quality and presentation, adhering to O&B standards
  • Ensure accuracy when entering information into the POS system
  • Maintain a clean section, monitoring cleanliness and organization
  • Follow food safety standards and systems
  • Be aware of special requests, including guest allergies
  • Complete opening, closing, and side duties efficiently and safely
Requirements
  • A Degree/Diploma in Hospitality or equivalent considered an asset
  • At least 2 years serving experience in a similar environment
  • Smart Serve Certification a requirement
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Organizational skills and sales ability
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • High level of product knowledge
  • Ability to maintain a level of professional urgency and momentum
