Grocery Store Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Grocery Store Operations Manager to join our team at Asian G Mart.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign and coordinate tasks among sales workers, ensuring seamless store operations.
- Oversee the hiring, training, and development of staff members, empowering them to excel in their roles.
- Authorise payments, manage inventory, and establish work schedules to maintain efficiency.
- Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- A strong educational background with a secondary school graduation certificate.
- At least 7 months of experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably in retail or supermarket management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Strong leadership abilities, with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
This role is based in a dynamic supermarket setting, requiring flexibility and adaptability. You will be working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, handling heavy loads, and standing for extended periods.
