Job Title: Supervisor of Grocery Operations
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor of Grocery Operations to join our team at Asian G Mart. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our grocery department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring that they are meeting their sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
- Manage the inventory of our grocery products, ensuring that we have the right products in stock at the right time.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that our store is running efficiently and effectively.
- Provide training and development opportunities to our sales workers to help them improve their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
