Grocery Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Grocery Store Supervisor to join our team at Asian G Mart. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our grocery department.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and oversee their performance
- Hire, train, and develop staff to meet business objectives
- Authorize payments, manage inventory, and maintain accurate records
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail or grocery store environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Our store operates in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to work in a standing position for extended periods and handle heavy loads. You must be able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
