BAR BURRITO MEXICAN GRILL is seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Supervise and motivate a team of 1-10 staff members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, address complaints, and ensure a positive dining experience.
  • Operations: Manage cash handling, balance sheets, and inventory control to maintain profitability.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations, as well as health and safety standards.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or equivalent experience.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Work Environment:
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, and repetitive tasks.
  • Physical Capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
