Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and bilingual Insurance Advisor to join our team at Definity. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, answering their questions, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer inquiries about our insurance products and services
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless customer service
  • Continuously develop knowledge of our insurance products and services to provide excellent customer service

Requirements:

  • Fluency in both French and English
  • Recently graduated from a college or university degree program in the last 2 years
  • Valid license from the AMF in personal lines insurance or successful completion of exams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
