Bilingual Insurance Advisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and bilingual Insurance Advisor to join our team at Definity. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, answering their questions, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer customer inquiries about our insurance products and services
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless customer service
- Continuously develop knowledge of our insurance products and services to provide excellent customer service
Requirements:
- Fluency in both French and English
- Recently graduated from a college or university degree program in the last 2 years
- Valid license from the AMF in personal lines insurance or successful completion of exams
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
