Job Summary

BWXT Canada Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering services group, you will be responsible for leading complex projects related to nuclear power generation equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical teams to ensure project deliverables meet customer requirements and technical standards.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and ensure project success.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
  • Review and approve technical deliverables for accuracy and completeness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Mechanical, Materials, Chemistry, Nanotechnology, or Systems Design).
  • Advanced experience and knowledge of ASME Pressure Vessel Codes (Sec. III and Sec. VIII) and Canadian nuclear standards N285.0 and N299.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
