Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Claims Examiner to join our team at Randstad Canada. As a Bilingual Claims Examiner, you will be responsible for reviewing, investigating, and adjudicating Canadian Health and Dental claims in accordance with Group policy contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and investigate Canadian Health and Dental claims to ensure accuracy and compliance with Group policy contracts
- Conduct telephone calls to health and dental service providers to obtain incomplete claims information
- Make accurate payment decisions based on adjudication guidelines
- Live our values of Customer View, Integrity, Partnership, and Communities
Requirements:
- Minimum keyboarding speed of 40 wpm with high accuracy
- Well-developed analytical skills with ability to handle large volumes of work
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English
- Proven organizational skills with ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable team member with good attendance and customer service focus
