Job Title: Administrative Services Manager

Viana Inc. is seeking an experienced Administrative Services Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction to our administrative services team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Direction: Direct and advise staff engaged in providing records management, security, finance, purchasing, human resources or other administrative services.
  • Corporate Governance: Direct and control corporate governance and regulatory compliance procedures within established frameworks.
  • Staff Management: Hire and train or arrange for training of staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Budget Planning: Plan, administer and control budgets for client projects, contracts, equipment and supplies to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Reporting: Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services and providing recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a large workload.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, excellent oral and written communication skills, flexibility, judgement, and a team player attitude.
Work Conditions:
  • Hours of Work: 35 hours per week.
  • Security and Safety: Criminal record check required.
