Position Overview

Viana Inc. is seeking a skilled Administrative Services Manager to oversee and enhance our administrative functions. This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of a college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma program lasting 1 to 2 years.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and guide personnel involved in records management, security, finance, procurement, human resources, and other administrative functions.
  • Manage and enforce corporate governance and compliance protocols within the organization.
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff members to enhance team capabilities.
  • Oversee the planning, administration, and management of budgets related to client projects, contracts, equipment, and supplies.
  • Compile and present reports and summaries for management committees assessing administrative services.
Supervisory Responsibilities

Responsible for supervising a team of 5-10 individuals.

Technical Proficiency
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, including MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
Security and Compliance
  • Must undergo a criminal record check.
Work Environment
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
  • Capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail is essential due to a high volume of work.

  • Demonstrates accuracy and precision in tasks.
  • Exhibits excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Experience Requirements
  • 1 to less than 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Permanent position with a standard work schedule of 35 hours per week.
