Nexans is a leading global player in the energy transition, and we're looking for a talented Inside Sales Account Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Distribution & Usages business group, you'll play a crucial role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full sales cycle and order processing of utility accounts
  • Develop and maintain critical business relationships with utility customers
  • Analyze business performance and deliver recommendations to drive sales growth
  • Resolve customer issues and ensure timely communication
  • Prepare customer quotations and follow-up on customer feedback
  • Enter orders accurately and expedite customer orders as needed
Requirements:
  • Applied post-secondary education
  • 2-3 years experience in an inside sales function, preferably in the electrical industry
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills
  • Proven business and operational experience and skills
  • Relationship building capabilities to source and develop opportunities, and close sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and negotiation skills
